Gold Coast properties vary significantly by location — coastal sites deal with salt air and sandy soils; hinterland properties on sloped terrain require drainage engineering and structural retaining expertise; canal and waterfront estates have specific design requirements; new build corridors in the north come with their own earthworks considerations.
